2012 Regional Winners

Debbie Lyons-Blythe (White City, KS ): Southwest Region

"I am so honored to have been nominated not once, but twice, by family members independently! It means a lot to have my family so supportive of my efforts in our operation, as well as my work to advocate for agriculture. They are the reason that I do what I do! I’m humbled to be singled out, as well, because there are so many farm moms who work every day to build a legacy for their children. I’m proud to represent the SW Region."

Danni Beer (Keldron, SD): Northwest Region

"I’m passionate about the opportunity to share my family’s experiences with other moms and families about how, where and why we farm the way we do. We need people to understand that what we do affects them now and generations after us. Farmers understand that and work hard so that future generations cannot only survive, but thrive."
